With the start of a new year comes the sensation of fresh new beginnings. The way we see it is, it’s never too late to invite yoga into your life. The benefits are endless and we are so excited to share this special class with you. In this workshop, we will explore the expansion of breath and the many benefits it provides to the mind and the body, then adding movement to the breath with a yoga sequence that allows for an increase in mobility and flexibility (for all levels) and then ending with a vibrational healing sound bath meditation. All three of these aspects combined can have a tremendous impact on the well being of the nervous system, ease pressure on joints, relieve low back pain and so much more. We will also tap into our intentions for the year ahead and release anything that we feel no longer serves a purpose in our current lives.
